Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, relating to consideration of Senate Bill No. 786, Authorizing solicitation of bids providing intrastate air transportation.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express purpose of consideration of Senate Bill No. 786
